Mjejane River Lodge - Southern Kruger Park

Perched on the banks of one of the Kruger National Park’s greatest rivers - the Crocodile River - and surrounded by tens of thousands of hectares of raw African wilderness.

Set in the Southern Kruger region, east of Malelane, the magnificent 3500 hectare Mjejane Game Reserve has been absorbed into the Kruger National Park and enjoys direct access to the Kruger. With over 14 km of Crocodile River frontage, Mjejane enjoys abundant wildlife and offers an outstanding Big 5 safari opportunity.

Mjejane Game Reserve is fully absorbed into the Kruger National Park. Therefore all fences between the Mjejane Reserve and Kruger were removed and the animals move freely. Safari viewing and experience is therefore much better than being in a private reserve. As you are aware the Kruger National Park is the third biggest game reserve in the world and has the widest array of fauna and flora in the world. It is simply unbeatable as far as Safari is concerned.

Children under 12 years of age can be accommodated with parents in a Standard Room. The lodge has a limited number of extra beds so it is subject to availability.
Maximum one child can share with two adults in a Standard Room.
Maximum two children can be accommodated with parents in the inter-leading family room.

  Pay published child rate if occupying an inter-leading room with another child.
  Not permitted on safari (Kruger National Park and Mjejane River Lodge).
• 6 – 11 years
  Pay published child rate when sharing with two full paying adults or occupying an inter-leading room with another child.
  Full adult rate applicable if occupying their own room or if sharing with one full paying adult.
  Permitted on all safaris at management discretion.
• 12 years and older
  Considered as adults and accommodated in their own rooms. Pay full adult rates.
