When making a payment to book/secure your safari, you
agree to pay a minimum of 35% as a deposit to enable us to complete
the setting up of your safari.
The 65% final payment will be required
to be paid fourteen (14) days before departure. We will automatically
charge your credit card.
If your safari is booked within
the fourteen (14) days before departure, your credit card
will be charged the full amount
immediately.
If you require different payment terms just let us know. We are flexible.
Payment: - Option A is most popular.
A) With our safari offer email we will attach
a 'Booking/Credit Card Form' (Microsoft Word Document) for you to print
off and fax back to us fully completed. If the attachment fails
to open or did not pass through your firewall,
you can
print off the same form at the following:

As soon as we are in receipt of your form we
will charge your credit card the 35% deposit payment,
ensuring your safari is booked. You are NOT charged the extra % surcharge for using a credit card.
If you do not have a fax facility: We will accept the form being emailed back
to us filled out without your signature. If you feel comfortable to send your credit card details by email
your welcome to do so.
B) For anyone residing in the UK you can post
us a cheque for the 35% deposit amount to our office address -
14 Queen Street, Henley on Thames, Oxon, RG9 1AP. You will need
to make sure your 65% final payment cheque reaches us
fourteen (14) days
prior to your safari departure date.
C) Postal order or proof of bank transfer of
the 35% deposit payment and the 65% final payment directly into
our bank account is also accepted. We will
email you our
South African banking
details if you require this option.

Note
If you require us to
charge your final payment from a different credit card to the
one used for your deposit, all you have to do is fax off a newly
filled out credit card form to us or send us an email. All
payment confirmations will
be sent to you by email.
Once your safari has been paid in full
your booking/credit card form will be shredded.
