The Kruger National Park
has a bird list of over 517 species and generally all areas of
the park are good for bird watching but one area in particular
stands out and that's the very Northern region of the park.
This region is home to
some of Southern Africa’s rarer species and also forms the
Southern limit of some of Central Africa's bird ranges.
The below table will
give you an idea of the status of the more sought after species.
